Athletes Post Workout Peanut Butter Cup
1/2 cup of our Slenderize Power Boost add 2 tbs peanut butter or almond butter, stevia or pure maple syrup to taste, 1/2 cup of almond milk and mix. Melt 1/2 bar of Dark Chocolate with at least 70% cocoa. Pour into 6 muffin tins and freeze for 30 min. Take out and add the mixture to the 6 chocolate muffins. Melt the second half of the bar and poir over the top. Place in freezer for 30 minutes more. Enjoy post workout!

Ever wonder.... How does one accomplish the change in lifestyle necessary to lose weight and keep it off? Well, since I have experienced it, I will share that with you. It's not as hard as it sounds. If I can do it, anyone can do it. I love food! Who doesn't? I was eating anything that was convenient and tasted good. After doing the Chirothin diet program, I have learned to shop and prepare and pack my own food. I noticed recently that I would rather have my own food with me than have to eat a burger at a fast food restaurant. How did I accomplish this you might ask. Well, after several weeks of eating real food, that other food lost all of it's appeal. I no longer crave junk. I crave good nourishing food. It was in taking a chance on trying something new, learning a new way, changing my habits, and now.... I just want healthy food. Don't get me wrong, I still have a sweet tooth from time to time. But in the grand scheme of things, My dietary lifestyle change is very significantly different than what I was eating before. I'm sure from time to time, I will still eat something unplanned. But having the knowledge and habits and my body and mind working in my best interest now has made a significant difference in the way I look and feel. It's very empowering to know that lifestyle change is possible and isn't something we have to dread. In short, decide you want to make a change. Try a new way. Keep at it. New habits develop. I have been a chiropractor for since 1996 but an athlete since I played baseball with the boys in the early pee wee leagues. I continued with sports throughout my high school career: softball, basketball, skiing and competitive horseback riding. In chiropractic school I was introduced to functional exercise and structural rehabilitation and continue to do this type of exercise to this day with great success.
