If you are recieving this email, you have most likely been adjusted by me😁. Usually when I adjust someone, the discussion of home exercise comes up. How often the home exercise gets done and done correctly is really the question. Now that many of you have utilized our physical therapist, Nick, you have probably realized that while I put the vertebrae of your spine in motion and place it where It should stay, the physical therapy exercises strengthen around the placement of the bone with the purpose of keeping it there. This is a fabulous approach when the two are done together.

I have been a chiropractor for since 1996 but an athlete since I played baseball with the boys in the early pee wee leagues.
